Continuing its goal to deliver the best quality healthcare and wellness needs of every unique woman, St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center and Cancer Institute has officially opened its Women’s Wellness Center on November 9, 2018, Thursday.

The grand opening commenced with the ribbon cutting officiated by the Municipality of Sto. Tomas’ Mayor Hon. Edna P. Sanchez, Vice Mayor Armenius Silva’s wife - Ms. Maricon Silva, Head of Hospital Services and Operations - Florentino T. Afable DMD, Vice Chairwoman of St. Cabrini - Ms. Nila Rafer, Senior Board Director - Nora Torres MD, and the Chairman of the Board - Mr. Feliciano L. Torres. Thereafter was the blessing ceremony of Women’s Wellness Center, Executive Wellness Center, and Main Lobby, led by Rev. Fr. Juan Nepomuceno Fruto.

The tossing of coins was then conducted by Ms. Nila Rafer, Ms. Nora Torres and Mr. Feliciano Torres, while Malen M. Gellido MD, Head of St. Cabrini Clinical Services gave his opening remarks. It was then followed by short messages from Vitus R. Talla MD of Department of Surgery, Sharon L. Macasadia MD of Department of OB-Gyne and reputed Mayor Hon. Edna P. Sanchez.

The event was participated in by almost a hundred people from different companies.
