May 2019 - St. Cabrini showcased its employees' camaraderie in the recently held Team Building and Company Outing at Jardin De Antonio, Tanauan City.

Hundreds of medical and corporate staff attended the two-day event (May 29 to 30), where they spent time getting to know each other and reflecting on their work efficiency. The facilitators and the HR Department also organized different activities such as Cheer Competition and other Filipino games for the participants to enjoy. Before the departure, employees were given the spare hour to take delight in the venue's attractions.

For their remarks, Dr. John C.F. Alonzo (President and COO) and Dr. Florentino T. Afable (Administrative Head), empowered all the attendees to work together in reaching their common goal of providing worthwhile patient experience. While it’s important to respond to the needs of the patient, the two leaders reminded everyone to never forget to treat themselves for a job well done. Dr. Afable also instilled that this event serves as a day to unwind and strengthen the bond between the employees.
