St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center’s Clinical Nutrition Unit is dedicated to providing comprehensive nutrition services to patients across all departments within the medical center. Our team of registered dietitians and medical nutrition professionals focuses on promoting optimal health and wellness through tailored nutrition interventions and education.
SERVICES OFFERED
- Free nutrition screening to all admitted patients
- Full nutrition assessment and development of individualized nutrition care plans for the identified nutritionally at-risk patients
- Calorie monitoring to determine adequate nutrition delivery to each patient
- Nutrition consultation and counseling (face-to-face and online)
- Meal planning
- Nutrition Products Available for sale
