Having a catastrophic illness requires a lengthy process of hospitalization and extremely expensive therapy and other care. It is daunting not just for the patient but also for his loved ones.
In response, PhilHealth Z-Benefit Packages have been available since 2015 at St.Frances Cabrini Medical Center for those who have an illness perceived to be financially and medically catastrophic. These Z Benefit Packages provide expanded coverage beyond regular benefit packages offered by PhilHealth including:
- Hospitalization
- Professional fees
- Diagnostic procedures
- Other treatments related to the specific condition

BREAST CANCER
Magandang balita para sa mga pasyenteng may breast cancer!
Pinalawak na ang PhilHealth Z Benefit Package at umabot na sa Php 1.4 million—malaking tulong mula sa dating Php 100,000! Sakop na nito ang Stages 0 to 4 ng breast cancer.
