CABRINI IS FLU-READY
FOR THE UPCOMING FLU SEASON

Flu-vaccine ready

Under the annual Health and Wellness program of St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center’s (SFCMC) Health and Safety Unit, staff and employees were administered with flu vaccines, from May 6 to 9.

Throughout the four-day program, an average of 80 to 100 employees were administered with the flu vaccine per day.

Handled by the hospital’s occupational health nurse, Venus De Villa, the objective of the vaccination program is to protect the employees in preparation for the upcoming flu season.

Aside from flu, vaccines against Hepatitis are also administered to employees before being deployed to high risk areas.

The free vaccine is one of the benefits that employees at SFCMC enjoy upon regularization.
