The KONSULTA program is Philhealth’s comprehensive outpatient  benefit under the Universal health (UHC), designed to provide accessible, and comprehensive primary care services to all Filipinos. 

As a KONSULTA program provider, St. Cabrini actively engages with the local community to understand its healthcare needs, promote health awareness and encourage individuals to seek timely medical attention for preventive care, and health screenings.

Patients enrolled in the KONSULTA PROGRAM have access to following services including:

1. Primary Care Consultation
2. Selected Laboratory & Diagnostic Tests
3. Nine (9) selected drug molecules /  medicines
