St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center officially launched its “No to Plastic” initiative last April 01, 2026, with an energetic Zumba session to promote environmental awareness and sustainable habits within the hospital. The activity was led by Team Leaders from each departments and SFCMC employees, to encourage patients and their relatives to also participate in the initiative. As part of the advocacy, employees also went around the hospital grounds and hand-out candies to patients and staff, to help spread the message of reducing plastic use in a simple yet meaningful way.
